Bennett and Game currently have the pleasure of representing a well-established, award winning, multi-disciplinary practice local to Thetford, who are seeking an ambitious Senior Landscape Architect to join their ever-growing team and would consider a candidate on a fully remote basis. Our client is built up of multiple specialists, who provide a variety of services including Arboriculture, Ecology, Landscape Architecture and Landscape Planning. This is an excellent opportunity for a Landscape Architect to work directly with an extensive and diverse portfolio of clients.

This team are involved at all stages of the design process from conceptual and feasibility studies, through to planning applications, detailed design, specification, implementation, and contract administration.

The successful Senior Landscape Architect will be involved in all aspects of projects both small and large scale. Our client has a diverse portfolio of projects across predominantly strategic and detailed residential schemes. You will be working on a wide variety of projects giving you a great foundation of knowledge to build your experience and professional career on.

Senior Landscape Architect Position Remuneration

Competitive salary, ranging between £45,000 to £55,000

Senior Landscape Architect Position Overview

Maintain and develop existing and new client relationships
Carrying out a range of tasks including landscape design, landscape planning and Environmental Impact Assessment
Assisting in delivering projects to a high standard within the client brief and budget
Working on a range of Residential and Commercial projects
Provide landscape design and landscape management services
Working independently and as part of a team
Prepare plans, illustrative material and graphic presentations
Liaise directly with clients and to take clients' instructions
Mentoring and supporting Junior members of staff

Senior Landscape Architect Position Requirements

Must have experience carrying out LVIA's
Degree or equivalent qualification in Landscape Architecture
5+ years post graduate experience
Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI)
Experience working on large scale residential projects, including public enquiries, is preferred
Experience of working in the UK Planning System
Proven records of working on projects through all RIBA stages
Strong AutoCAD, InDesign, and Photoshop skills.
