We are currently recruiting for a Registered Nurse for a well-established care home located in Bradford. This large facility offers 140 beds and provides a range of care services, including nursing, residential, and dementia care.

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding care to residents. The service is known for its excellent support from an experienced management team and a higher-than-average staff-to-patient ratio, ensuring you have the time and resources to provide the highest standard of care.

Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

- Administering medication and maintaining accurate records

- Delivering exceptional care to residents in a professional and compassionate manner

- Developing and implementing effective care and treatment plans

- Collaborating with the care team to ensure a safe and supportive environment

- Providing dementia care with awareness and sensitivity

- Assessing mental capacity in elderly patients

- Responding to emergencies as needed

- Ensuring infection control standards are met

- Providing palliative care where appropriate
