We are looking for an experienced and passionate Deputy Nursery Manager to join a vibrant, nurturing nursery in the heart of Deptford. Working closely with a hands-on Director, you'll play a key role in developing and managing high-quality childcare provision for local families.

What You'll Be Doing:
✔ Leading and inspiring a team of dedicated practitioners
✔ Ensuring a top-quality learning environment for children
✔ Supporting the Nursery Manager with daily operations and team management
✔ Building strong relationships with children, parents, and staff
✔ Getting hands-on in the nursery - from reading stories to leading activities
✔ Championing outdoor play and creative learning

What We're Looking For:

Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Early Years Education
Proven leadership experience in an early years setting
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework & safeguarding regulations
A positive, proactive attitude with excellent communication skills
Ability to motivate a team and create an inspiring learning environment
