Administrator to join the business on a
temporary ongoing basis.
As an Administrator & Customer Support you will be responsible for: - Supporting within a busy operations administration team
- Liaise with internal departments to support with customer enquiries that have come through
- Liaising with third parties
- Processing information with a high level of detail onto the internal system
- To update excel spreadsheets
- Maintain and assist with various email enquiries
- To cross check documentation in line with compliance
- Upload vehicle details onto the internal system.
Ideally you will have/be: - Previous administration skills and experience
- Good communication skills and experience
- Have high attention to detail
- Be process driven
- be fully competent in using Microsoft Excel
- Manage a busy workload
- Be adaptable to change
- Have the ability to multitasks
- Be able to work to deadlines
