An opportunity has come up for an In-service support engineer to support the field- service team. You'll be supporting a global customer base : UK, USA , Austrailia, Canada and India.

Responsibilites

* Support the delivery of In-Service support obligations

* Providing a proactive responce to technical issues

* Develop solutions that are technically and commerically suitable

* Monitor system performance

* Ensure customer equipment remains safe and suitable for continued service

Skills, Qualifications , Experience

* A degree Management, Logisitics , Engineering , Technology or equivilant

* Experience in the integration, test and in-service phase of the product life cycle
