Contracts Manager Role:

As a Contracts Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of multiple residential projects.

Your expertise will help to maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

Take responsibility of multiple sites at different stages and locations.
Manage the preparation, negotiation, and administration of residential contracts.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
Liaise with clients to understand their needs and expectations, providing exceptional service.
Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential issues.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager overseeing residential projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and legal regulations.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
