Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for: - Providing an accurate end-to-end payroll service
- Processing multiple client payrolls (around 150 across the team) on a weekly, fortnightly, monthly and quarterly basis
- Responding to pay-related queries from clients and offering solutions to payroll issues
- PAYE/pension reconciliations at month end
- Submission of payroll forms to HMRC as required
What you will need: - Previous experience in a similar role, such as Senior Payroll Administrator / Payroll Administrator / Payroll Officer / Payroll Senior / Payroll Assistant / HR & Payroll Assistant / Finance Assistant / Accounts Assistant
- To be eager to get involved in the collaborative and open culture of the organisation
- Experience with multiple payrolls and pensions
- System experience of IRIS is desirable but not essential
