New Business Development Manager

Our are on the lookout for an ambitious New Business Development Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is focused on generating impactful results for one of our clients in Nottinghamshire who are a software specialist. This role is pivotal in advancing our strategic initiatives, engaging with potential clients, nurturing valuable relationships, and successfully securing new contracts to boost our growth.

Responsibilities:

* Proactively identify and approach potential clients through a range of methods, including networking events, cold calls, and social media outreach, particularly on platforms like LinkedIn.

* Craft and present compelling presentations of our solutions to potential customers and lead strategic meetings to understand and address their specific needs.

* Skillfully negotiate terms and finalise deals, aiming to not just meet but surpass sales expectations.

* Stay abreast of industry changes, market news, and competitor moves to adapt our sales strategies and maintain our competitive stance.

* Generate comprehensive sales reports, analysing both revenue streams and incurred expenses, and use this data to refine approaches and tactics.

* Collaborate closely with teams across marketing, product development

* Embrace continuous professional development by keeping updated with sales best practices and participating in relevant industry and professional forums.

Skills and Experience:

* Proven Track Record in Sales:Demonstrated history of achieving sales targets, preferably within a B2B setting.

* Strong Communication Skills:Exceptional ability to communicate, engage, and influence clients and stakeholders

* Expert Negotiation Abilities:Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively and forge beneficial agreements.

* Analytical Acumen:Skilled at interpreting sales data and market insights to guide strategy.

* Flexibility:Quick to adapt to new situations and changes in the business landscape. Ready to quickly learn about updates and innovations in our offerings.

* Tech Savvy: Well-versed in CRM platforms, data analytics tools, and proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
