Assistant Management Accountant Up to £35,000Elevation Accountancy & Finance Recruitment are excited to have partnered with a local organisation as they look to recruit an Assistant Management Accountant. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in management accounting while contributing to the financial success of a growing business. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process
• Prepare and review reconciliations of key accounts
• Monitor financial transactions and maintain accurate records
• Assist with cost analysis and control activities
• Collaborate with internal departments to provide financial insights and reporting
• Support in the preparation of year-end financial statements and audits
• Continuously review and improve financial processes and controls

Skills & Qualifications Required: 

• AAT Level 3 or higher is required 
• Progressing toward a professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) is preferred
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A commitment to continuous professional development
