We are currently looking for a cleaner to join our estates services team.

The Role:

• Provide thorough cleaning services to communal areas such as stairwells, hallways, lifts, and estate grounds.
• Ensure rubbish collection points and bins are kept clean and emptied regularly.
• Conduct regular deep cleaning of high-traffic areas.
• Identify and report maintenance issues, hazards, or repairs required on the estates.
• Work to high standards in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Liaise with residents, estate officers, and colleagues to maintain a positive environment for all.
• Support the team with any ad-hoc duties as required.

The Candidate:

• Willngess to undergo a basic DBS check.
• Previous cleaning experience (preferably in estates or a similar environment).
• A proactive and hardworking attitude with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a customer-friendly approach.
• Basic understanding of health and safety practices, particularly in cleaning and waste disposal.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks (e.g., lifting/moving equipment).
