Location - Central London, Office-based, 5 days a week

Work Pattern - Telesales Based

Salary - Negotiable basic salary DOE - up to £100k + Uncapped commision (OTE £180k-£200k)

We've partnered with a leading interior office design company, with 20 years of industry experience and a proven track record of success. With an annual turnover of £96 million, the company serves high-profile clients including Monzo, Revolut, Microsoft, Amex, and EA Sports.

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join the team, reporting to the Head of New Business. Industry experience and a strong track record in business development are essential. The role offers a great opportunity for growth, with uncapped earning potential and opportunities for ongoing development as the company grows.

This telesales-based role will focus on driving high-quality meetings and generating new business. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing 5-10 quality meetings per month and delivering strong GP growth.

Responsibilities

  • Generate £5m-£7m in gross profit within the first 18 months.
  • Secure 5-10 high-quality client meetings per month.
  • Develop and manage new business pipelines.
  • Report to the Head of Business Development and collaborate with a team of six.
  • Drive sales growth with high-profile clients in the financial and tech sectors.

Requirements

  • Proven, extensive experience in business development within the interior design or office solutions industry.
  • A solid track record in telesales roles, with a focus on securing high-value meetings.
  • Money hungry and target driven
  • Strong tenure in previous positions, demonstrating long-term commitment and results.
  • Excellent track record of closing sales over the phone
  • Confidence in handling client relationships with major brands
