Band 6 Occupational Therapist- Stroke Rehab

Location: Based at an NHS Community Hospital, located in a pretty riverside market town in the Wychavon district of Worcestershire

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (part-time also considered)

We are seeking a locum Occupational Therapist to join the team. This role will involve working with patients in a community hospital setting, supporting their rehabilitation and discharge planning.

Responsibilities:

• Working alongside a specialist OT team, and other MDT members, to deliver high quality patient care
• Manage a complex caseload of patients presenting after stroke and other neurological conditions

Key Requirements:

• HCPC Registered and Occupational Therapy Diploma/Degree
• Discharge Planning Experience
• Stroke Rehabilitation Experience
