Ensure efficient workshop operations by scheduling daily activities and monitoring progress to meet key targets.
Proactively plan for and procure required parts to support workshop repairs, working closely with the Parts Department.
Ensure we meet the high standards our customers expect, by managing and mentoring workshop staff to deliver industry leading customer service.
Inspect completed repairs to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.Requirements for Workshop Controller

A can do attitude
Full UK licence
Previous experience in mechanics/diagnostics of vehicles or machinery
Ability to work well under pressure
Good numeracy and literacy skillsOther industries considered;

Plant / HGV / Powered Access / Generator / Heavy plant / Forklifts
