Job Description Trainee Recruitment ConsultantPertemps Redditch are currently recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Redditch Office.Within this Trainee Recruitment Consultant role, you will be responsible for;

• Attracting, interviewing and placing candidates for the Worcestershire and surrounding area
• Focus heavily on business development in terms of contacting prospective clients with view to utilising our services
• Selling process by providing the right candidates to our clients at the right time
• Maintaining strong relationships in the market
• Working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant

Requirements for this Recruitment Consultant role;

• Attention to detail and ability to analyse information
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Being able to work within a fast-paced working environment is essential.
• You will be juggling several roles at any one time, so organisation is key.
• An excellent telephone manner
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• A drive, tenacity and real customer focus
