Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist to join the acute general team at Aintree Hospital. In this role, you will provide physiotherapy assessment and treatment to patients in an acute setting, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient recovery and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.
• Work effectively with the healthcare team to deliver patient care across the acute setting.
• Provide rehabilitation and support for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and other conditions.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, post-discharge care, and self-management strategies.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in line with Trust policies and standards.

Key Requirements:

• HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in an acute hospital setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, reasoning, and rehabilitation planning skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well within a team.
• Experience in managing a varied caseload independently.
