We are delighted to be working with this Lincoln based law firm. They are recruiting for a Conveyancing Paralegal on a permanent full-time basis, this role is due to growth.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

Typical duties include:

* sales and purchases

* freehold family homes

* mortgages and remortgages

* equity release

* block and estate management

* gifts of property and transferring ownership

* leases with and without a share of freehold

* landlord and tenant matters

* mixed use buildings

Candidate specification:

* Experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal

* Degree holder

* Excellent organisation skills

* Great communication skills

* Ability to work to strong deadlines

* Experience using IT packages

* Team player
