About the Role

We are recruiting a Registered Manager on behalf of our client, a forward-thinking organisation dedicated to supporting adults with LD and ASD. As a Registered Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring high-quality care, fostering independence, and promoting positive outcomes.

Our client is committed to your career growth, offering ongoing training and clear pathways for progression. Many of their Registered Managers have advanced into Regional Manager and even Divisional Manager roles within the organisation.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a manager who:

• Experience: Has a proven track record as a Registered Manager in LD/ASD services.
• Values-Driven: Committed to promoting independence, choice, and respect.
• Leadership Skills: Experienced in managing people, services, and quality in LD settings.
• Knowledgeable: Strong awareness of CQC legislation and best practices.
• Organised: Skilled in time management and working independently.
• Qualified: Holds or is working towards a QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
