As part of this exciting phase, we are looking to appoint a Maintenance Manager ready to take the next step toward an Engineering Manager role.

The Role:
As Engineering Manager, reporting to the Chief Engineer, you will lead a multi-skilled engineering team, driving a high-performance culture while ensuring compliance, safety, and reliability across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing maintenance team.

* Oversee planned and reactive maintenance to minimise production downtime.

* Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health & safety, quality, and food safety regulations.

* Play a key role in the delivery of CAPEX projects and installation of new equipment.

* Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and site performance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

* Proven experience in a maintenance leadership role within the food manufacturing sector (chilled or high-care environment advantageous).

* Strong understanding of maintenance systems, compliance standards, and engineering best practices.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills.

* Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
