The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity has become available to join the Quality Department of a global healthcare company in a supportive administration role. 

Contract Role
PAYE Rate as agreed  Approximately 3 months.
37.50 hours a week Monday to Friday with a 30 minute break. 9am - 5pm
Runcorn Office / Not hybrid. 

Your duties and responsibilities will be
To support some administration work in the Quality department. Essentially converting PDF documents to word, formatting them correctly and formatting SOP's. (Standard operating procedure). Attention to detail and general administration duties.
Applicants need to be good with WORD and know about its basic functions like formatting styles, different types of pasting, headings, header and footers and a bit about fields.You will have the following qualifications & experience
Qualifications not specified by the client.  We are looking for an experienced administrator with proven experience and good IT skills, who works with attention to detail. You will be converting documents from PDF to word and work with accuracy.

Have worked within a QA or pharmaceutical or healthcare Group although not essential.The setting for the role
Risks and Hazards are in line with working on a pharmaceutical and chemical site. These can include noise, slips, trips and falls (high-gloss floors), mechanical hazards, extreme temperature and humidity, pressurised equipment, radiation, chemical, biological,explosive atmospheres, working at height and confined spaces during cleaning maintenance and repair.
