Overview

Our client is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their fast-paced software organization. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a range of small, medium, and large complex projects from initiation through to closure. This role requires strong project management skills, the ability to work with various stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

- End to end project management of small, medium, and large complex projects

- Work with stakeholders to determine project scope, delivery scales, and financial costings

- Build and maintain project plans, ensuring efficient resource allocation

- Monitor project delivery on a daily basis and escalate any risks or issues

- Manage clients to ensure deliverables are met and communicate any impact, risks, and issues

- Complete weekly status reports and ensure projects are invoiced as required

- Ensure all company processes are followed as outlined

Qualifications

- Experience in managing client-facing projects

- Significant experience in project management, managing complex projects end to end

- Experience with agile and waterfall project management methods

- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities

- Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects

- Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders

- Resilient individual with the ability to work calmly under pressure

- Diligence and attention to detail to ensure work is delivered to a high standard

- PRINCE 2 or equivalent is advantageous but not essential

- Experience with Celoxis Project Management tool is advantageous but not essential

- Remote work

- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

- Monitoring project delivery and addressing any issues or risks
