Thrive Group are delighted to working with our successful client in the Blandford area who are looking to recruit an Administrator (HR) on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
- Assisting the HR department with a range of duties
- Preparation of offer letters and dealing with references
- Involvement with new starters including inductions
- Processing holiday bookings and dealing with employee queries
- Updating the HR system
- Production of a range of documents and templates
What you need in order to succeed:
- A confidential approach is essential
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Accuracy and the ability to work with discretion where no two days are the same
- Experience within HR is not essential although an interest would be beneficial
