We are currently looking for a multiskilled engineer with a mechanical bias on behalf of our client based in sheffield. The role will include commissioning, servicing, maintaining and repairing manufacturing machinery.

The role:

* Commissioning, testing, installing, maintenance, and servicing

* 60/40 mechanical/Electrical bias

* Working overtime as and when required - occasional overnight stay

* Work with the Engineering Team Leader to ensure spares are topped up in allocated van for works orders

* Report any fault finding

* Wherever necessary act as a mentor for Engineering Workshop trainees, providing guidance and advice as required.

Experience

* Experienced Maintenance Engineer

* Worked with manufacturing machinery

* Mechanical or electrical engineering qualification or minimum of 3 years' experience on the job

* Strong Communication Skills

* Proactive approach essential

* Good planning and prioritising skills

* Good Customer Service skills are essential

* Good IT Skills are essential - knowledge of Microsoft NAV (Navision) and TAG would be an advantage. Outlook and Teams are used daily.

* Good problem solving skills.

* Full Clean Driving Licence
