The role we are recruiting for is a Customer Account Handler maintaining a cross between new & retained custom. The role will work to support a hybrid between the customer service & sales team, & have a large multi-faceted function between the two. The role invoice a high volume requirement of inbound call taking, pricing, negotiations, quotations, & general service support.

Description
Key responsibilities consist of:
- Manage customer accounts effectively, ensuring all details are up to date.
- Handle customer queries and issues, providing high-quality service.
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth business operations.
- Support in creating and implementing customer service policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Perform sales administration, including new line forms internally and for customers, promotional forms, and general business administration.
- Manage and prepare sample requirements, including booking out, production trials, mock-ups, presentations, administration, sample submission forms, and couriers.
- Support customer on-site visits, prepare for external customer meetings/events, and attend and contribute effectively when appropriate.
- Proactively raise and resolve problems and issues.
- Ensure all relevant paperwork and administration are completed according to Bradburys' procedures.
- Assist with managing costings alongside Finance, understanding the key importance of margin.
- Oversee project management alongside the Account Manager, ensuring successful execution from start to finish.
- Maintain effective working relationships with all key internal stakeholders, with a focus on communication.
- Provide reports on account activities to management.
- Support other customer service activities as required.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Job Offer
- Basic starting salary of £26000 to £27000
