Duties of a Maintenance Manager:
* As Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for an established team of maintenance engineers who undertake both planned and reactive maintenance tasks to our specialist plant and equipment.
* You will be required to manage plant breakdown situations, planned maintenance activity, onsite contractors, critical spares and plan capex plant related projects. Whilst also mentoring apprentices, issuing permits and managing statutory inspections.
Requirements of a Maintenance Manager:
* You must be qualified mechanically, ideally to an HND standard having gained your experience of managing a maintenance team within a heavy engineering environment such as oil refineries, recycling, power generation, chemical processing, quarrying or steel processing.
