As a Semi Senior, you’ll be involved in a wide variety of assignments, completing work from start to finish with minimal supervision. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing management and year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies

• Drafting corporation tax computations and working closely with the tax team

• Assisting on audit assignments and contributing to planning and fieldwork

• Liaising directly with clients to resolve queries and maintain excellent relationships

• Ensuring jobs are delivered on time and within budget

• ACCA/ACA part-qualified, qualified by experience, or qualified to AAT level with the ambition to progress

• Has at least three years' practice experience in a small to medium-sized firm

• Experienced with accounts preparation for SMEs, and ideally with some audit exposure

• Familiar with cloud-based software such as Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks

• Organised, detail-oriented, and confident working directly with clients

• £28,000 to £38,000 pa
