The RoleAs a Residential Conveyancer, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, and new builds.
- Delivering high-quality client service with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth transaction progression.
The Ideal CandidateThe successful candidate will:
- Have at least two years of experience in residential conveyancing.
- Be confident in handling files independently.
- Have strong organisational and client care skills.
- Be proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
