With 7 offices across the UK, this company of property and construction specialists is continuing to grow their London office. Located in the City, close to tower bridge they are searching for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their team.

Person Specification:

* Qualified to degree level or equivalent in Building Surveying or related subject

* MRICS - Chartered Building Surveyor

* You will be client-facing

* You will have broad commercial experience, with Technical Due Diligence, Party Wall, and Project experience being key

Roles & Responsibilities:

Whilst this role will have a project bias, you will have exposure to a broad range of projects and professional instructions.

You will work across a wide variety of selected projects including:

* Commercial new build

* Refurbishment and fit out projects

* Residential and mixed use developments

* Retail

* Healthcare & Education

* Light industrial

* Film & Media

* Student Accommodation

Salary & Package:

Salary of £50,000 - £63,000 (dependent on experience) plus the following package.

* Car allowance
