About The Job:

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience and resolving customer queries in a timely manner. Your key responsibilities will include:

Building positive customer relations by managing their communications, expectations, and requirements
Handling customer queries and orders efficiently
Providing price quoting to customers
Vetting purchase orders and ensuring accurate data entry
Processing customer schedules and tracking orders
Monitoring customer websites for updates and requirements
Liaising with customers to keep them informed of order progress
Supporting with quality compliance and handling customer complaints
Collaborating with internal departments to resolve customer queries
Demonstrating commitment to the organisation's management system

Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum of two years' experience in a customer contact environment (preferred but not essential)
Experience working with ERP systems
Working knowledge of export documentation and legislation
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
PC literate with intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to build positive rapport with customers quickly
Effective negotiation and influencing skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
