Key Responsibilities:

Maintain EH&S (Environmental, Health & Safety) standards across the site
Oversee production processes and ensure efficiency
Ensure delivery performance objectives are met
Investigate and support the resolution of customer complaints
Lead and deliver team briefs
Manage, coach, and develop the production team
Collaborate with the Manufacturing Engineering team on new projects

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
Previous management or supervisory experience is essential
