My client, one of UK's largest Commercial Main dealers, is looking for an experienced HGV Shift Foreman / Workshop Foreman / Workshop Supervisor / HGV Foreman / HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / Heavy Goods Vehicle Technician / Mechanic / Technician / Commercial Vehicle Technician / HGV Shift Supervisor / PSV Mechanic / Truck Mechanic / Fleet Engineer / Fleet Maintenance Engineer to join their busy and thriving site on the split shifts in Thetford.
Main Duties and Responsibilities for the HGV Shift Foreman / Workshop Foreman / Workshop Supervisor / HGV Foreman / HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / Heavy Goods Vehicle Technician / Mechanic / HGV Shift Supervisor / Technician / Commercial Vehicle Technician / PSV Mechanic / Truck Mechanic / Fleet Engineer / Fleet Maintenance Engineer:
●Carry out routine inspections maintenance service and repairs on franchised and non-franchised vehicles including trailers to industry standard
●The Shift Foreman will carry out supervisory duties
●Carry out a wide range of defect repairs.
●Fault diagnosis and rectification using the manufacturer's computer system and tooling.
●Complete job cards and service sheets using online systems correctly and in line with warranty protocol.
The HGV Shift Foreman / Workshop Foreman / Workshop Supervisor / HGV Foreman / HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / Heavy Goods Vehicle Technician / Mechanic / Technician / HGV Shift Supervisor / Commercial Vehicle Technician / PSV Mechanic / Truck Mechanic / Fleet Engineer / Fleet Maintenance Engineer should have:
●At least 3 years of experience within a similar role.
● NVQ L3 or similar is essential.
●HGV licence desired.
