Accounts Manager - Glasgow office
£30-£40K pa. Office based / hybrid
We are hiring for a small Accounting and Advisory business in the UK and due to growth and expansion of the business a new office in Glasgow has been set up. This individual will take on responsibility of the office working independently initially on a variety of clients.
The successful candidate will be ACCA or ACCA part qualified accountant and come from a practice background. They will need to work from the office initially and thereafter hybrid will take place. The candidate must be comfortable with the following key responsibilities:
- Preparation and computation of self-assessment returns- Handling VAT and corporation tax returns- Working with spreadsheets, sales ledgers, and journals- Payroll administration- Bank reconciliations and payment advice- Personal and company tax planning activities- General administrative dutiesflexible working available including hybrid
Requirements for the role:
Part qualified ACA or ACCA minimum
At least 3-4 years of Accounts experience in a practice environment in the UK
Salary £30-40K pa. 21 days annual leave. Plus Pension and other benefits.
