Site Supervisor/Production Supervisor

The ROLE
An opportunity has arisen for a Site Supervisor to oversee one of their production facilities in Daventry that assembles components. The minutia of the role includes responsibility for;
* "on-time"/ "on-quality" delivery of parts
* Staff know what they are doing - so are kitted, have works orders, SOP's etc.
* Part validation (first offs and last offs)
* Stock checks
* Implement team
* Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and personal development plans
* Employee relation issues working alongside HR

The CANDIDATE
The right Site Supervisor/Production Supervisor will possess;
* Experience managing a production environment
* Good technical knowledge
* Strong analytical skills
* Strong organisational skills
* Ability to work well in a team environment
