I am working with an incredible Primary School in the BS16 area of Bristol who are seeking a HLTA to join their team from November.
This Primary School is a 2 form entry school who enable every pupil to flourish by prioritising, building, developing and sustaining honest and respectful relationships which are rooted and grounded.
The Role
As a HLTA you will be supporting the Teaching team by delivering interventions across KS1 and KS2 supporting Maths, English and Phonics. However, at times of absence, you will be delivering pre-planned lessons within all year groups so you must be flexible and willing to expand your own experience and knowledge.
You will be expected to:

Be flexible and work throughout all Key Stages.

Have experience supporting children with SEND

Have good knowledge of the educational curriculum.

Be creative, adaptable and supportive.

Have high expectations of pupils through motivation, encouragement and confidence.
