This role as a Senior AR Specialist is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who has strong technical skills and a keen interest in the energy and natural resources sector. Description

• Preparation and submission of monthly sales invoices
• Assisting the Finance team with preparation of Energy reports
• Preparing monthly and daily waste reports
• Providing updates on waste deliveries to the Ops team
• Review AR aged debt reports to ensure maintenance of debtor collections
• Maintain list of open credits
• New waste supplier set-up
• Support on both internal and external audits
• Ad-hoc duties

Profile

A successful Senior AR Specialist should have:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 or DMS
• Have worked in the Energy or Waste Management sector
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under minimal supervision but under rigid time constraints
• Experience working with VAT would be advantageous
