SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR REQUIRED - GAS PLANT PROJECT 📐

BMSL is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for a key position on a high-profile Gas Plant expansion project in Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional looking for a challenging and rewarding contract.

🔍 Role Details:

Project: L&G Expansion

*

Contract Type: NEC3 Option A (Lump Sum) with bespoke amendments

*

Location: National Grid Grain LNG, Isle of Grain Road, Rochester, ME3 0AB

*

Rate: £500-£525 per day (depending on experience)

*

Duration: 6 months

*

Start Date: 5th May 2025 (early mobilisation possible to familiarise with company and contract processes)

*

End Date: 15th September 2025

🕒 Working Pattern & Hours:

*

Hours: 40 hours per week

*

Compressed Working Week:

*

Week 1: Tuesday to Friday

*

Week 2: Monday to Thursday

*

(Alternating pattern repeated)

*

Pay: Equivalent to a 5-day week - while only working 4 days on site!
