Senior Quantity Surveyor - City of London

Our client, one of the leading construction companies in the UK and Ireland, is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in the City of London. Our people take pride in delivering a hands-on, first-class service, ensuring excellence across all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Overseeing all commercial and cost aspects of large-scale construction projects.

* Managing budgets, contracts, and cost variations to ensure financial targets are met.

* Collaborating closely with project teams and reporting directly to senior management.

* Providing expert cost advice and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Ideal Candidate:

* Holds a degree in quantity surveying.

* Has at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.

* Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

* A hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
