Project Support Officer

£180 per day (umbrella)

Full Time Contract (3 Months)

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Project Support Officer in Southwark. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.

The job:

• Act as the first point of contact in the division for internal and external customers, responding promptly to enquiries and complaints
• Manage filing and monitoring systems, including financial records, databases and Confirm
• Provide support for projects, including assisting with internal and external meetings, coordinating the publication of documents
• Financial processing support including purchase orders, invoices, vendor creation etc and maintain records when required

The candidate:

• Experience working in a similar role is essential
• Experience working in the public sector is desirable
• Experience working in a similar role within highways or similar is desirable
