Requirements:
Active NMC PIN (Registered Nurse qualification - essential)
Proven experience managing a medium-sized nursing home
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on management style
A commitment to providing outstanding person-centred care
Excellent knowledge of CQC standards and care sector regulations
