Are you searching for an engaging and dynamic role where no two days are the same? Do you aspire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children, ending each day with a sense of accomplishment? If so, we encourage you to read on!

A two-form entry primary school in Wavertree is seeking to appoint an experienced HLTA on a temporary-to-permanent basis starting in February 2025. The initial contract will extend through the academic year, with the potential to transition into a permanent role.

The role involves providing long-term cover for PPA sessions and staff absences across both KS1 and KS2. As such, prior experience in both key stages is highly desirable. Rated GOOD by Ofsted, the school is well-regarded within the local community for its welcoming ethos, distinctive values, and clear vision. The successful candidate will be expected to align their teaching practice with the school's values.

The school serves a higher-than-average proportion of disadvantaged pupils, making prior experience working with SEN children particularly advantageous.

This opportunity is ideal for a qualified HLTA (or equivalent) or an Early Career Teacher seeking to broaden their experience across the primary phases before stepping into a full classroom teaching role.
