A Legal Cashier is sought for an established law firm based in Sheffield City Centre.You will join a cashiering team of 5 and a wider finance team of 10, in a role reporting into the finance manager.All applicants must have prior experience in a legal cashiering role to be considered.This is a full-time office-based role in Sheffield city centre with parking provided on site.Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assist staff with accounts queries.
• Process daily all financial payments, receipts, and transfers.
• Perform day end balancing procedures.
• Process credit card payments.
• Making bank and cheque payments
• Reconciliation of petty cash payments
• Petty cash balancing - to incorporate identifying and rectifying errors.
• Deposit interest calculations
• Purchase Ledger - coding, input and cheque production.
• Process employees' expenses claims.
