As a Legal Secretary, you will offer essential administrative support to legal professionals, expertly organising & managing legal files and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.

You will be responsible for:

Coordinating meetings and maintaining schedules for fee earners.
Communicating professionally with clients on behalf of the legal team.
Managing correspondence, including incoming and outgoing mail and communications.
Performing essential office duties such as answering calls and handling document filing.

What we are looking for:

Previously worked as a Private Client Secretary, Legal Secretary, Legal Assistant or in a similar role.
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software tools
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
