Customer Service & Data Entry Clerk / Temporary / Erith, Kent / £12.00 per hourOverview:My client, a local family-owned business based in Erith, Kent, are currently recruiting for a Customer Service & Data Entry Clerk to join their busy team on a temporary basis for around 2 months.Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist the department with a short-term project
• Work your way through 3,500+ records, verify customer details
• Make 100+ calls per day to ensure records match current database
• Send out relevant documentation to customers

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Some office-based experience would be desirable
• Confident on the phone, speaking with customers and asking questions
• Detail orientated, personable and hard working

 Package:

• £12.00 per hour + holiday pay
• Office based with free parking
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (office based)
