About the Role Curating an exceptional experience for guests of The Chancery Rosewood, the Director of Clienteling
will drive business success through personalised and meaningful guest relationships. By adopting a personalised and targeted approach, this position directly influences guest satisfaction and loyalty. The role fosters strong connections, ensuring guests feel valued and understood. Hosting events and initiating gifting programs and experiences further solidifies relationships and creates memorable experiences that differentiate Rosewood.
Key Responsibilities - Adopt a personalised and targeted approach for guests, ensuring the development of strong relationships and fostering brand engagement.
- Actively build your relationship with guests, connecting with new and regular guests throughout their stay.
- A great storyteller, you will support with hosting, welcoming and engaging with guests, and showcasing The Chancery Rosewood.
- Act as a point of contact for key guests, creating special moments, resolving any guest complaints, and developing meaningful relationships.
- Ensure clear communication with the wider team, creating awareness of key guests and facilitating a seamless guest journey.
- Own the experience for key guests, managing room allocations, gifting, experiences, amenities and overall hotel experience.
- Ensure hotel systems are updated to reflect guest preferences and key information.
- In conjunction with Sales & Marketing, explore brand collaborations and establish partnerships that will identify new business opportunities.
- Identify new and untapped networking opportunities in targeted markets by attending industry events and building connections with potential future clients.
- Proactively initiate and implement gifting moments and programs, ensuring a personalised and tailored approach.
- Successfully track, monitor and report on key information.
- Work with the Food & Beverage team to create innovative and meaningful amenities for all guests.
- Take ownership of, deliver, and host a variety of events, curating guest lists and special activations.
- Collaborate with the Global Clienteling Director and Regional team for support and alignment.
- Work closely with the Executive Committee and Heads of Department to drive guest engagement.
About you - A natural people person, you will enjoy building meaningful connections.
- Senior experience in guest relations or a similar role.
- A strong communicator and excellent networker.
- A creative individual who can develop bespoke experiences and collaborations.
- Experience in a hotel would be advantageous.
- Preferably you'll have had experience of being part of a pre-opening team.
