Time 4 Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a Permanent Surveyor in Orpington to join a well-established, Property Management Services working on their RETRO FIT Projects

As Building Surveyor, you will be working mainly out of their Orpington Branch and working with a variety of commercial and residential customers with a focus on their installation services including Solar Panels, loft insulation, Roofing, Heat Pumps, and ground Pumps.

To be successful in the role of Surveyor it is vital Previous experience surveying or estimating within the construction industry and having knowledge of the financial and contractual controls required on a contract4 GCSE's including maths and English, NVQ level 3, professional qualification or equivalent Professional industry Standard or equivalent

.

Duties:

* As Surveyor, you will responsible for working on retro fit projects

* Must be able to prepare and submit monthly valuations.

* Will be required to read and understand contractual documents.

* Required to price and submit variations to sub-contractors by liaising with estimating, design and site team and then liaise with main contractor to agree variations.

* Attend design meetings with clients and the design team to provide commercial support to designers.

* You will be working mainly from their Orpington Office - but will travel to different sites throughout Kent

Experience: Role specific information

* Strictly experience in retro fit EWI/IWI/CWI, ASHPs, Solar Panels, Loft Insulation, Roofing, Heat pumps, ground pumps

* Professional Qualification (e.g. HNC/HND/Degree/Diploma) or equivalent

* Previous experience of construction/retrofit or fabric upgrades are preferred

* Excel - intermediate Users

* Financial awareness

* Operational awareness

* Full UK driving licence
