Location: Leeds
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 + Performance-Related Bonus
Mileage: 45p per mile
Hours: Full-time (including on-call duties)

Coben Healthcare is looking for a compassionate and experienced Domiciliary Care Manager to lead our team in Kirklees. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality care and a track record of managing domiciliary services, we'd love to hear from you!

The Role

As a Domiciliary Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the care of service users while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the domiciliary care team. Your leadership will help us continue delivering outstanding care and support in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the domiciliary care team, ensuring high standards of service delivery
Oversee care assessments, planning, reviews, and evaluations to meet individual needs
Maintain compliance with regulations and quality standards
Lead, support, and develop a team of carers, promoting a positive working environment
Build strong relationships with clients, families, social workers, and healthcare professionals
Ensure effective scheduling and rostering of care staff
Handle on-call duties as required

What We're Looking For:

Registered Managers Award level 4 or equivalent
Genuine passion for providing high-quality care
Strong leadership skills with experience managing a domiciliary care service
Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in domiciliary care
Experience in care planning, risk assessments, and compliance
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Full UK driving licence
Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check
