Production Manager

Location: Taunton

Salary: £45,000 to £50,000

An opportunity has opened for a Production Manager to join a manufacturing company based in Taunton. The ideal candidate will have a background within manufacturing and engineering and will have experience working as Manufacturing Lead / Manager or Production Lead / Manager.

* Background within Manufacturing or Engineering

* Any Electronics manufacturing skills would be a bonus

* Management and leadership experience

* Planning and process experience

* Knowledge of quality control

* Proven experience of driving continuous improvement

* Documentation experience

Production Manager Responsibilities:

* Overseeing the manufacturing team and the production processes

* Ensuring the department are meeting deadlines

* Driving continuous improvement

* Maintain quality standards

* Keep to H&S standards

* Maintaining and writing any documentation required
