• Have experience supporting learning in KS2, with a focus on Year 6
• Be confident in supporting pupils in preparation for their SATs, particularly in English and Mathematics
• Have a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and SATs requirements
• Be skilled in delivering targeted interventions to support individual learning needs
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and work well as part of a team
• Be patient, encouraging, and committed to helping students reach their full potential
