• Process supplier invoices and staff expenses for payment.
• Manage the company’s sales ledger and issue sales invoices.
• Reconcile bank accounts.
• Assist in preparing payroll.
• Prepare financial analyses and reconciliations for corporate and project needs.
• Maintain collection accounts for financing initiatives.
• Support in preparing income statements, balance sheets, and management reports under supervision.

About You We’re seeking a detail-oriented, organised individual with a passion for the creative industries.Essential Requirements:

• Proficiency with Xero accounting software.
• Experience in the creative industries, ideally within film or TV.
• Payroll management experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks in a high-speed environment.
