We're looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join a dynamic and growing business with a global footprint. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the financial planning and analysis function, working closely with stakeholders at all levels to deliver accurate, insightful, and actionable reporting.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role with broad exposure across the business. You'll be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while also acting as a trusted business partner to support commercial decision-making.

We're not expecting you to be an industry expert - just someone with a curious mind, a collaborative attitude, and a passion for delivering clear financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

Budgeting and Forecasting

Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecast process
Own the 3-year strategic financial planning model
Deliver forecast updates across multiple outputs and present to senior leadership
Support board reporting and financial covenant trackingReporting

Manage internal reporting processes across the business
Oversee reporting deliverables for a key global brand partner
Collaborate with the Data Team to ensure alignment of financial outputsBusiness Partnering

Be the go-to finance contact for functions across the business
Drive forecast accuracy and cost control
Provide insight into operating costs and overheads
Consolidate financial and operational data to present clear insights to leadership

About You

Fully qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
At least 2 years post-qualification experience
Strong commercial acumen with a collaborative, business partnering mindset
Excellent communicator with strong analytical and organisational skills
Experience in FMCG, supply chain, or retail sectors is a plus (but not essential)
