People Solutions are looking for a vibrant Technical Sales Executive to join our clients bespoke Engineering Solutions team in Wednesbury.

Day to Day Duties

• Forge and nurture client relationships, understanding their unique engineering needs.
• Master the art of negotiation to seal lucrative deals, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Decode engineering drawings with finesse, presenting tailored solutions to our valued clients.
• Collaborate closely with our brilliant engineering team to craft solutions that exceed expectations.
• Scout for fresh business prospects and spark new leads within our target sectors.
• Provide unwavering technical support and expertise throughout the sales journey.
• Keep tabs on sales activities, progress, and forecasts with meticulous attention to detail.

Essential Skills

• Proven prowess in engineering sales negotiations, with a track record that speaks volumes.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings like a seasoned pro.
• Stellar communication skills that light up any room or Zoom call.
• Driven by self-motivation and an unwavering passion for sales success.
• Possession of a valid UK driving license to hit the road with confidence.

Desirable Experience

• Selling of an engineering solution rather than an actual product
• Experience of selling within a waste solutions/wastewater/engineering/oil & gas/nuclear/manufacturing environment
